Additional info & updates

6/13/2011- All information updated. I found this site extremely helpful during my cycle, I hope others can benefit from my information.

4/14/2011- 2000 views today! Thank you everyone for checking out my profile :-) Waitlisted at Temple. No word from St. Johns or Villanova. I will start withdrawing more applications tonight.

4/8/2011- My application for Villanova went under review today. Temple and St John's have yet to mark my application under review.

4/7/2011- Email from Brooklyn stating: no final decision was reached on the disposition of my application... I guess three months was not enough time to reach a decision.

4/2/2011- Withdrew from Baltimore, Mercer, Albany, NY Law, DePaul, and Pace.

4/1/2011- I am surprised that four schools have yet to make a decision on my application. It has been over 3 months! Since I am applying with my Girlfriend, these schools are holding us up from making a decision.

3/24/2011- Rejected from University of Chicago. Maybe in my next life I'll get in.

3/18/2011 - Chicago-Kent scholarship in the mail today! I'm pumped I got so much from them. On Monday I received a financial aid package from Loyola with a 12500 grant, I posted it as a scholarship.

3/11/2011- I was admitted into Chicago-Kent today at noon. I was notified through their status checker. I am very happy with my cycle thus far.

3/8/2011- UConn just sent me an email telling me I was admitted to both the day and evening programs! Yea!!!

3/3/2011- I received an email from Loyola that disclosed job information for the 2009 class, as well as information regarding who attends their OCIs. I am extremely impressed that the Law School is willing to disclose this information to admitted students.

3/1/2011- I got a letter from Pace telling me that I received a 15K a year merit scholarship.

2/22/2011- Rejected from GW. Dang!

2/21/2011- I received an acceptance package in the mail from PACE. The status checker still reads "Application Complete," so if you are still waiting to hear back from them start checking your mail instead.

2/18/2011- First Friday without any updates.

2/16/2011- First rejection, ouch. It was bound to happen eventually.

2/14/2011- I received a phone call from Hofstra Law telling me I was admitted.

2/11/2011- I am getting the feeling that Thursday and Friday are the preferred days of the week to tell people they have been admitted into a school. I was notified that I have been Accepted at Albany Law through their status checker.

2/4/2011- Waitlisted at Seton Hall. No email, just an updated application status.

2/2/2011- Accepted with scholarship from NYLS. I didn't get an email, in stead I was notified through the status checker.

1/31/2011- The mail came with a letter from Baltimore stating that I had received a scholarship. Oh Happy Days!

1/17/2011- Waitlisted at DePaul. Since most schools want me to make a decision by April 15th, in my head, being waitlisted is a rejection . However, I decided not to withdraw myself since DePaul is one of my girlfriend's top law school choices. Like the lotto, you never know.

1/14/2011- Accepted at American!!!

1/13/2011- Drexel's email was waiting for me when I got home from work today, what a pleasant surprise. I did not expect them to respond so quickly!

1/7/2011- Baltimore broke the ice. I am so excited to accepted into a law school. I hope more good news is coming.

12/31/2010 - Almost done with my applications.

12/15/2010- First four apps done!

Hi and good luck! Regarding Temple, did you receive an acknowledgment email from them? I applied at the same time as you, and have not received anything from them. I've received acknowledgment emails from every other school I applied to. Thanks!

Congrats on getting into Baltimore!!

Thanks and good luck to you too! My top choice would be Rutgers - either one. Can't beat the in-state tuition for the quality of school. I'll be happy to get in anywhere though! How about you?

CONGRATS!!

Congrats on what has started out as a nice list of acceptanaces. We have similar numbers and I am looking at the DC/MD schools. I am encouraged by your acceptances. What would your first choice be?

DePaul

I also got waitlisted by DePaul but in at a handful of much more highly ranked schools and with scholarship money at a good number of them. I wouldn't let it get to you, I think they're trying to boost their rankings.

Mercer $

Thanks! I checked a few times today and still says in review. I don't expect to get in though, it's comparable to UGA. Think I'll decide between Cumberland and Mercer...
