Graduate level classes taken in high school from a T10 undergraduate school-on UG transcript. (Sciences and Engineering)

Additional graduate work done during UG.
Great LORs--I think anyway.

About 3 years out of college.

Not sure what else to put at the moment...please, if you have a question or comment just ask. Positivity is encouraged :)

Additional info & updates

Finally caved. I use this site so much, I decided to create a profile.

I am in the middle of my cycle, so missing dates are due to deleted emails-every rejection email/status checker was deleted. It helps the pain fade away.

3/25-On another note, I just got a HUGE promotion and raise and with tuition assistance from my company, I wouldn't have to pay for my first year of school...

3/25- Dinged at UofR yesterday. That one burned a little. I have so many friends and family there BUT it is really expensive....

3/22-UDC increased my Merit award! Sometimes all it takes is an email asking them too!

3/19-email rejections from W&M today. Darn. I knew it was coming though...

3/11- Withdrew from Dusquene today. Hope someone that wants to go gets the spot!

AND, W&L informed me that my application was on hold (its been reviewed 3 times according to the status checker. I'm really shocked that I wasn't an automatic reject. Oh just let me in! I promise I'll go!!

Additionally, I sent the UDC dean an email asking for more scholarship monies. I'm above their top 25th LSAT score...so really, I don't think it's improbable to get more $$.

Also, FINALLY finished my taxes and FAFSA, so we'll see if anyone gives me any need-based aid. Doubt it.

2/22- Waitlisted at UofBaltimore this morning via email. UGH. Also, yesterday Brooklyn Law emailed me to tell me that I was in the second stage of review and that I had made it past the first review process, whatever that means.

Also, got a scholarship from Duquesne yesterday.

2/17-Dinged at USF, that letter came about a week after it should of based on my online status check, the blizzard f'ed everything up.

2/12-NO MAIL ALL WEEK. Federal government is shut down in DC/VA...Nothing! I'm expecting a pile when the post office reopens!

2/5-Blizzard hits, I'm stuck at work all day..had to meander through the snow from the subway, but I found an ACCEPTANCE letter in the mail. Dusquesne U. No scholarship info, small white envelope-2 sheets of paper. So far this and UDC w/scholarship. hmmm.

2/2-Forgot to mention, I was deferred to regular admission by UofR...at least it isn't an outright rejection. Some hope left.. :)

2/1- Rejected at UC Hastings. Mildly disappointed. Expected it. I really don't want to move across the country, and San Francisco is a higher cost of living than I can afford.

1/21-Rutgers sent me an email letting me know that they have reviewed my application and they would like to defer decision until the applicant pool is better known. My brother told me its equivalent to being at a bar at 10pm, and 'liking you' but thinking there may be a better selection come 1am...someone more preferable. ::Le sigh::

1/18-University of DC (which is not listed here as an option) admitted me. THAT'S ONE! However, I really don't know if I want to go there. $3,000 in scholarship money and my work will pay the rest of my tuition and book costs.

11/13-All applications submitted. Most are part-time. I figure it's my best shot to get in. I'm not delusional, I know my numbers aren't the best reflection of my capabilities (unfortunately).

Hi there! We applied to a lot of the same schools so I wanted to wish you the best of luck with the rest of your cycle. Numbers aren't everything. Keep a positive outlook and I'm sure you'll get into a great school!

I grew up in Philadelphia and lived across the river from Trenton/ burlington for a long time, so rutgers Camden was close to friends and family and has a good rep in Philadelphia. I never had a desire to live or practice in north nj or newark. Rutgers in general is an amazing university just way too expensive.

Hi! I'm mildly in the same boat. I am *hoping* my Feb LSAT was good enough to get me somewhere past the trashcan of admissions. Just wanted to say good luck to you!
