If you are lumbee contact me!

I think I am the only person who hasn't applied to UVA, I don't get the hype, I could never live in Virginia for three years. Random food for thought.

Awards are three year totals.

1/20/10 Decision rendered at UF awaiting the letter. Snail mail sucks! I'm scared for the decision it seems like too early of a response.

1/27/10 Recieved Package from UF, I am in! Need to find out if I qualify for in-state tuition.

2/5/10 FULL TUITION at LSU what ...hard decision

5/12/10 Graduated, got housing at LSU and now just waiting to move!!!

Congratulations on your acceptances! I have a question about your UALR scholarship--is it $7,000 a year or semester? Thanks!

Thanks!!

HEY! Thanks for the comment! I'm super excited about Boston too! My UF status says "Reviewed by committee; decision pending" and its said it all week! I'm terrified too. Best of luck, though! I'll be sure to check back and see what happens with yours!

Hi! How did you hear from UF? My still says "Revied by committee, decision pending" like most people. Did they e-mail you or did you get something in the mail?

Gainesville is awesome. I really love it here and would love to stay!

Well Gainesville isn't exactly the most exciting city, it's kind of a small town and it's become a real home for me. If you're a football fan then it's the place to me. Downtown Gainesville is also really fun, lots of things to see and do and lots of original restaurants. Some of the best food I've ever had has been in some of the crappiest looking hole in the wall restaurants in Gainesville. It's a real charming city. I've included my e-mail if you want to e-mail me!

Well, its a little late in the cycle to apply with my numbers. I did think about doing that but I grew up in NY/NJ, so I tend to venture North :) Why not Rutgers Newark, btw?

Thanks

Thanks. Currently, I'm leaning towards Texas, but that could change. I'm a finalist for a big scholarship for Mercer and they are flying me down at the end of the month plus I want to hear from UNM. It's a tough decision. I expected a few scholarships, but nothing like what I've gotten. You look like you're doing pretty well in that area as well.

LSU

Yeah, LSU seems like a good school and I am definitely considering it, but not sure I really want to live in Baton Rouge with my family. I completely agree about minimizing debt after school as much as possible. You can't really take anything for granted right now. One of the attractions for Texas Tech is that I can concurrently do an MBA which would potentially make me more marketable afterwards.

Congrats!
