You're right, we got accepted to some of the few places! The public interest conference was nice, not sure whether or not I want to go into it though. At this point, I'm really confused lol. I wish I could make a visit to Miami but that won't be possible before the deadline so I'm just trying to do tons of research! Keep me posted!

On WUSTL and all of your other acceptances. That is a fantastic school and is still so much on the rise. You have some great choice right now.

I have not made a decision. I still have a couple of options open. I am leaning in one direction, but just not fully committed. Congrats on all your acceptances and schollys. Go to WUSL and kick A$$ (my .02)!!!

hmmm, i dont know. i think i might take out the massive loan and go to Cornell. i can't justify passing up a T14 school... i guess i have to think it out some more. have you decided yet?

Congrats

Good luck at Howard! I am sure you will have a great experience! :) Do rankings scare or concern you? I guess I just have a huge fear of job placement. It would be so much easier to get a job out of a tier 1 school over a teir 4 school and beyond that I know Howard boast high placement and salary but you have to dig deeper..like how many students actually reported back results to the school and out of the firms that recruit there how many actually have Howard grads working at them? I understabd that at the end of the day you must be comfortable in your enviroment especially if you want to do your best!

Yay!!

I'm glad you came across my profile! It's always nice to meet new classmates!! I did find a really nice apartment in DC that's right down the street and around the corner from Howard. It's practically on top of the Cleveland Ave Metro stop which is only one stop up from Van Ness where Howard is. It's called Quebec House. I'm going to be staying in a studio there bc the 1bdrms are ridiculous...$1795 but the studios are really spacious. Anyway, I have a book that I picked up on the street with tons of apartments in it and I went to see practically everyone close to the campus plus a few a little further out so if you need any suggestions feel free to email me for details. Look forward to seeing you in the fall!!

Thanks!
