on your first acceptance! Is part-time your first preference - or does full time work for you? Good luck with the rest of your apps.

Thanks

for the Congratulations. Congrats to you on Georgetown. Full-Time is my preference, however cost is a consideration. I currently work in the DC area, so PT may be the best way to minimize costs for the first year.

Thanks

Thanks for the encouragement, but I still haven't gotten a call.

Congrats on Georgetown! Was your letter dated 12/2/05? I went to Decision online on 12/2, and hoping that the same decision day equals the same decision.

Thanks

Hey, thanks for everything, I'll probably see you at the admitted student days for GTown and UVA.

Received UMich waitlist on 04/03.....three hours after I had e-mailed my withdrawal. Could be a coincidence; maybe today was waitlist day anyway. On the other hand they have yield protection down to a science. No other T-14 waitlists or rejects as many applicants with higher numbers. You can call it looking for "well-rounded" applicants with lower numbers, but what a happy coincidence that this disinterested pursuit of non-quantitative forms of excellence also benefits their acceptance ratio!
