I listed dorm Halo team captain as both an activity and a leadership position, so there!
I used the status checker at the admissions part of the website. I had to request a username and password because I applied through LSAC.
Thanks for the post. You'll be the first to know if I get into UofM. Then you can start trying to convince me to go there. Keep in mind that I will never go blue or wear maize.
They never proved anything. Besides, those charges sparked my interest in law. I worked them into my personal statement, and they've become a big part of what I call "soft factors".

While I appreciate the encouragement, I am a little bit concerned that I will gain the title of "that kid who plays video games and sexually harrasses girls" before my first day of law school. Then again, that might make law school feel a little bit less different from college.

Congrats on NU! Did you have any WE? Also, did you receive the Michigan e-mail a couple days ago?
I got deferred from Michigan too. When did you hear from Harvard? Did you get a 'hold' letter in the mail? You've got some good acceptances already in hand, so hang in there.
Congrats on the acceptance at Northwestern. How and when did you find out about the money?
I completed the financial aid paperwork for Northwestern sometime around the middle of January. They sent me an e-mail on January 31st letting me know about the scholarship.
Hey, it's wonderful you got into NYU! I'm really interested in the school, and had been really worried about my GPA. Can you tell me about your extra-curriculars? Do you think your LOR were excellent? I hope I get in too...
