I applied to both part time, and full time programs, this is getting rather depressing.... However, perserverance wil prevail in the end.....hopefully!!

You should try applying to schools that do not average LSAT scores and only take the highest score....I believe Indiana Univ. @ Indianapolis, Penn State Dickinson School of Law, Texas Southern Univ. and alot others do not average your score. This way, since your second score was much better, you're bound to get in somewhere (well, if the application deadline hasn't passed). Maybe even give schools like Thomas Cooley Law, FAMU, St. Thomas Univ (in Miami), Cleveland State, Samford University and other schools with your avg. numbers a try! You're gonna have to branch out and apply to a variety of schools in order to increase your chances of admission! Most of the schools that I just named have deadlines of 4/15, 5/1 and June---so you'll be cutting it down to the wire, but hey, you should still give it a shot I think. Good Luck with the process! (I know it sucks!)

Yummyoma, Your optimism is one of few glimmers of hope I have heard in this miserable process. I will definitely look into your suggestions next year, if I get dinged at the rest of my schools. I am 15 credits away from a masters in CJ, so I will finish this prior to relocating for law school. The waitlist is possiblly the most worthless thing I have ever encountered,. But keep up the hope, we will get in some where at some time. Good things happen to those that wait.......
