How are you getting these fee waivers? Do you email the schools and ask for them? Or if you're getting them unsolicited, how do they even know you're applying? I only ask because I'm *broke* and could really use a couple myself.... Good luck with your cycle!

I know, right? I think that's why I'm waiting so long on Yale, UPenn and Michigan. It's bizarre that I, someone who feels wrong spending more than $8 on a meal, am throwing hundreds of dollars at schools that will reject me. Oh, the price of pipe dreams. Aw thanks! Haha the rest of the schools I'm waiting to hear from are basically all reaches so the rest of my cycle could go either way. Are you as stressed about Berkeley as I am? Under review since 11/2 and still no word... I guess no news is good news at this point, right? As for UIUC... it'll be interesting to see where I end up bc as of now I have NO idea. Haha what about you? Whats your top choice? Looks like you're kicking butt so far! :) Are you planning on going to any ASWs?

I got an email yesterday from them yesterday basically telling me to keep on waiting for the ding I know is coming (i.e. a hold)! Not that I mind heading somewhere new, I'm ready to get out of Ann Arbor (you're not missing out!) I'm definitely planning on checking out BU, its one of my top choices & I've never actually been to Boston haha. I'm also gonna check out Vandy & the Midwest schools around me - basically I've got a lot of busy weekends ahead of me. Let me know which ones you're going to go to... this whole process is pretty overwhelming!

At this point I'm just ready for the rest of the decisions to roll in... no matter what they are!! Haha the waiting is torture, I'd love to just see my options laid out & go from there. Are your top choices still the Pennsylvania schools?

Haha it just might be!! My only holdout at this point would basically be Berkeley, which let's face it, is almost definitely NOT going to happen. It's funny, I never really thought seriously about UVA just because it didn't seem possible but now that I'm learning more about it, it sounds more & more like somewhere I'd want to be. Fingers crossed that you get good news as well - what do ya know? Maybe we'll be classmates :)

Haha that is definitely false... you've got work experience and we have the EXACT same numbers. I was hoping that they'd be miraculously swayed by my PS & decide I was perfect for them. Haha it wasn't the case. But I am excited about my prospects so far & I'd be excited to have UCLA as an option. I hope you get into UVA so we have one favorite in common!
