Good Luck

Good luck on GW, Notre Dame and Minnesota. I'm applying to those schools too- any of them would be great. We are pretty much numbers twins. Lets home they like the higher GPA lower LSAT people right? Thanks! Birdie

Well done

Similar to birdie0001, I am applying to many of the same schools. Are you planning to do IP law? Your 3.76 GPA is impressive considering electrical engineering.

So, in your opinion, what is the chance we get into GW? You have a better chance considering your impressive GPA, but we both have the same LSAT and probably have similar likelihoods. I hope our engineering degrees will help us, but I imagine a lot of people who apply to GW have similar degrees. Good luck.

Question

By the way, when did you send your application to GW and how long did it take to go complete?

Congrats...

on BYU. We almost have identical numbers and applied almost the same time. Hope I got my letter today!

Great job

Congratulations. Your BYU acceptance is awesome, hopefully I will see you there next year. I have a 3.66 and a 162 with an engineering degree -- I went complete just this week, so I probably have a month or so before I hear. Again, congrats. How did you hear? Letter? Call? E-mail?

isn't my first choice, but it's definitely up there. No word from them yet.

Thanks.

You may be right about my competitiveness; however, my decision to apply to the schools that I did wasn't based mainly on the US News rankings, though I did take them into account to some degree. My decision was based on many factors, and am fairly certain that I will be attending BYU, despite it not being the highest ranked school to which I applied.

see you at BYU

don't know ya, but you obviously made good use of LSN. i'm from TX, not sure what part of the Provo-area I should move too... if you have any suggestions, let me know! thanks!

Did you tell BYU you would attend their law school if they accepted you? Did you personal statement or any supplementary information hint toward that idea?

I'm sorry you didn't get accepted. I feel very lucky to get into BYU, personally. Good luck wherever you go.

I am in incoming student at BYU I hope that you will get this message sometime in the near future. I found a message board dedicated to BYU Law and I was hoping that you could share some info about the school/teachers/your experience. Thanks. http://dearcosmo.14.forumer.com/
