Wow, congrats! I think I missed it last time...
The Waitlist letter was dated April 16th.
How are you still waiting? Stanford has everything Harvard has and is in California...no question
With Northwestern, was your acceptance the first you heard from them since you went complete? Or were you on hold first?
Your strange acceptance from Northwestern may have something to do with their love of work experience. If you're straight out of college, they may want you to get a year of work experience before attending law school. Are you planning on accepting their offer?
I'm really interested in attending Northwestern (Fall '08)... did you do anything special in the application process with them, did they offer you a scholarship immediately, etc, etc? Were there any strings attached to the money? (Right now I'm testing between 171 - 176 on practice tests) Thanks for the help and congrats!
But we had really different cycles...I wonder why. Anything kinda out of the ordinary about your application?
Thanks for the helpful info. So the process was pretty easy with Northwestern it sounds like. Do anything special with your personal statement? You mentioned work experience is big - I actually graduated college in 99 so hopefully that helps!
