I found out about a week after I got accepted. I didn't fill out a blue form for loans, etc. I think it was only merit-based at that point. Congrats on your acceptance there - it's a really good school - and low cost of living is a plus!
Good luck on your cycle. We're applying to many of the same places with similar numbers.
