I'm sure you'll do great - he's really cool and other than the fact that it's a call from HLS, it's not TOO nerve-wracking! :-) Just have some questions ready for him so it's more like an actual conversation. It looks like you're in great shape for the app cycle- congrats on GULC and good luck with the phone call! (Oh and low 170s sure, but you have a fantastic GPA- me? I have no idea how I got a call, lol)
Yet another Toby Stock call in my range! I can't tell you how excited I am for you, much luck this cycle
But maybe they'll find this out if they Facebook stalk me. One of them is in support of the Muggle Rights Act, so they'll know I have interest in human rights legislation! Congrats on the Harvard call!!!
And by "them," I mean, one of my groups.
Yeah, nice to see people in our numbers range getting the call, too bad I'm not going to be one of them! G'luck, you'll have an awesome cycle.:)
Thanks!! I still can't believe it. I'm sure you will be hearing soon. It's definitely my first choice, unless someone else comes through with a financial offer that's to good to pass up. I didn't apply to Yale for personal reasons, including not wanting to drag my SO to New Haven for 3 yrs. Good luck with everything!
And good luck with Harvard - I thought my phone call went terribly, but apparently that didn't matter too much. I hope you hear back soon!
Congratulations on Harvard!!!! Are you applying straight from undergrad?
Congrats to you as well!!! Maybe I'll see you at one of the weekends!
Now you've got a link to my profile so you can actually respond, if you are so inclined... :)
congrats on your acceptances, other than Gtown we have been finding out from the same schools at the same time. Just curious...have you gotten an envelope from Harvard yet?
Yeah, agreed on the attention. Very impressed logging into the e-mail to see semi-personalized messages from students and profs, etc. HLS has a good recruitment effort going!
hey great numbers and great acceptances. how did you study for the lsat and for how long? any advice for the lsat or the application process? thanks.
No worries, LSD Fairy. They'll be put in ASAP; just need to work on supplemental essays this weekend.
