I'm not quite sure. perhaps some regional schools near where you live that are in the 3rd and 4th tier. I'm seriously looking into University of DC and Appalachian. The only reason i am applying to Seattle U, which is a tier 2. Is because i am a legacy to that law school. Hope this helps!
