Decent considering I'm in undergrad, but nothing extraordinary. Will update at the end of my cycle.

Additional info & updates

I am interested in public interest law so in the very likely event that i don't get into Harvard of Stanford, scholarship money will definitely be a big factor.

11/23: In at Texas via phone call and in at Duke on the 9th day via e-mail. Texas told me I would be receiving a scholarship offer in the mail, and I got 76,500 (including granting me residency status) about a week later.

12/03: In at UVA via e-mail telling me to call. Cordell Faulk was very nice and said he really liked my Why UVA? Hoping to get a scholarship eventually (some people who are accepted pre-January get their scholarship info later). Seemed like a perfect fit when I visited.

12/08: In at Vandy via giant package filled with info about the school and social life. Very nice.

12/10: Accepted to WUSTL via e-mail. E-mail said I was under consideration for a scholars in law award.

12/17: Illinois via e-mail at 40k per year guaranteed.

12/21: Accepted to Gtown via mail. I interviewed about 3 weeks earlier (I think they interviewed me just because I live nearby). Indiana at full tuition, seemingly guaranteed.

12/22: Accepted to GW via mail with 30k a year contingent on a 3.0 gpa. The package also includes free on-campus housing OR a 15k housing stipend for the first year.

12/22: Big purple envelope from NYU!

1/07: In at Penn via phone call (not from Dean Post).

1/10: In at Chicago via phone call (not from Dean Perry). Their strengths and advertised environment don't seem to match my personality/goals, but it's hard not to consider a school this great.

1/18: In via e-mail. Exciting because they rejected a lot of December applicants with similar numbers in previous years. Also, the non-traditional grading system and temperate weather are appealing.

1/24: Waitlisted at Minnesota via e-mail. Immediately withdrew. Shitty to get YPed.

1/31: UCLA via phone call at 40k a year. Definitely will have to consider this.

2/2: Hold e-mail from Columbia. Disappointed but almost certainly wouldn't go there at sticker anyways.

2/7: Offered 45k per year at WUSTL via e-mail

2/28: First news in a while...In at Michigan via admitted students website.
$10,000 per year in merit scholarship from Georgetown via e-mail.

3/4: 15k per year on Michigan's admitted student website.

3/5: Received letter from Duke offering 22.5k per year.

3.7: Offer just under 30k per year from Vandy via letter.

3/8: UT-Austin increased my initial scholarship offer in response to UCLA's offer. The increase is probably just not enough.

Congrats on your cycle so far! Looks like you've got a ton of great options so far! We've got some pretty similar numbers, so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for Chicago...

I've noticed that too, hopefully they do give us something. If they did it would be my top choice for sure. Looks like you already have some great options with money though. Best of Luck with the rest of your cycle.
