Applied last cycle with my 153 score and got rejected and waitlisted at almost all of the schools above...
Hopefully, this time it goes a little better.

1/14/08- Rejected at Cal- DUH

1/17/08- Waitlisted at Northeastern- i have a small place in my heart for that school after they gave me a full ride for undergrad and i didn't take it.

1/23/08- Rejected at American- really? I thought I had a chance...

1/24/08- In at Chapman after a statement was requested of why my LSAT score went up 6 points. with an 80% scholarship.

2/8/08- Interview for SCALE program at Southwestern

2/12/08- Acceptance to Southwestern SCALE with $16k a year- I'm actually going to law school for real this year!

2/12/08- GW Rejection... was waiting for this one.

2/14/08- USF acceptance email! OMG i thought it wouldnt happen!!! this was my first choice last year. i really am going to law school!

2/25/08- came home from a fabulous vacation in cancun to find my hastings rejection. i know i had a slim to no chance, but it was still my first choice. boooo! it's looking like USF here i come!

3/25/08- finally after a month of nothing i checked davis status and was rejected. good times.

3/31/08 - withdrew from southwestern, chapman, and northeastern's waitlist... deposit sent to USF.

4/10/08- rejected at loyola... and waitlisted at usd. shoot. this makes it a little trickier. stay on usd's waitlist and try to get in or go to usf?

4/29/08- it really took usc that long to say "no"? only waiting for my rejection from ucla and my super up in the air santa clara...

5/6/08- finally got my ucla rejection and a waitlist at santa clara... anyone think i should push to go to santa clara over usf?

6/24/08- santa clara finally came around... too little too late. lease in pac heights has been signed and i'm going to usf!

It was stated as an 80% scholarship a year... so roughly 27k. woo.

hey, I was just wondering when and how Southwestern gave you the financial aid award letter. I received my acceptance package today but there was no mention of the financial award letter. I called SWU and they said that I would receive my award letter after I put down a deposit. How was it for you? Thanks.

it is just a bit weird because I was expecting the financial aid letter to come before the deadline for deposits. The $300 is due April 1, so I will send the deposit in and hope that they send the information quickly. I don't like the idea much however because I refuse to put down multiple deposits. When are deposits for the SCALE program due?
