I emailed USD and asked if my application was complete. You need to e-mail the admissions office and they will send a confirmation back. Good Luck!

Hi, Davis. My app went complete 2/5 and said "eval in progress" until 3/15 when it changed to decision. My letter arrived today 3/17.

Wow. I feel for you. Santa Clara is my top choice as well. I haven't gotten my rejection letter from them yet, but I am expecting it. But like you said, there's always next year. Keep your head up.

I feel for you. Santa Clara was my first choice, until I got rejected. Now I have another first choice. If my new first choice isn't as great as I feel its going to be, I will transfer. I hear we all learn the same stuff in our first year anyway. I also hear that tranfering is easier and less competitive. Good luck on whatever you decide to do :)

Thomas Jefferson has actually been doing quite a nice song and dance for me. There was a time that I would have told you I would much rather go to UOP, but not anymore. For me, there is something to be said for the admissions people that really go after you and the ones that are just taking their fine time in even admitting you. Most likely, I think I'm going to TJ. If I don't like, I'll just transfer. If I do get into UOP's day program though, I might see you there. But I feel like I'm only going to get into their night program. I'm 31 and want to do Law School in 3 years, not 4. Sometimes perhaps life is not where you start, rather where you end up. Good luck in whatever you do. I feel like you are going to get an amazing acceptance soon and you will go to that school and totally love it. Please write me when that happens and let me know.

Pacific - McGeorge

Hey, if you get into McGeorge then I would go. I think it's a better school than SCU anyways, at least for what I'm interested in. I initially liked McGeorge then got a fee waiver to Lewis and Clark and made them my top choice. After being deferred, I realized that I only applied there because of the fee waiver and still really liked McGeorge. It seems that it all worked out for me so don't lose hope. Plus, it's not like I got rejected from Lewis and Clark, their stalling just made them less appealing over time and this let this let me rediscover my true priorities. Perhaps you can find a school with a better fit as well, good luck.
