4/04: UIUC waitlist on status checker. Definitely unexpected.

5/05: Withdraw from UMinn. Simply unimpressed.
5/06: Northwestern rejection on status checker. Very disappointed.
5/07: ND phone call requesting confirmation of interest. Immediate acceptance + $48k.
5/09: Chicago rejection, small envelope. My #1 choice, but expected.
5/10: Cornell status checker to decision. Rejection a few days later in small envelope. T14 purgatory it is!
5/13: Fordham e-mail acceptance off waitlist (packet sent to perm addy)
5/14: Cardozo call, WL. Withdraw - had enough of their YP games.
5/16: BU withdraw. Not going to bother waiting for a decision.
5/18: UCLA rejection, small envelope.
*5/22: Deposit ND, withdraw Fordham/UIUC. Campus visits made this an absolute no-brainer. I will wait out Duke until the end. UCLA could make things interesting, but they'll have to do it sooner rather than later.
5/23: BU acceptance. Apparently didn't process my withdraw e-mail... hilarious.
6/11: Cardozo sends another *e-mail* asking me to *call* them, even though I already withdrew. I don't know what's wrong with those people...

Yeah, so... I accessed this page on IE (instead of Firefox like I usually do) and the formatting in the "Sent" column is totally screwed up. Not sure if that's my fault or not, but it looks fine in FF... :P

Depending on the results though, I might just wait out another cycle and reapply. And I am a VA resident, though I'm afraid the late application might even cancel out the benefits. Good luck, let's hope we both end up where we want.

Man you've had a wacky cycle. Accepted at Minnesota, WLed at Colorado. Do you think it was primarily due to your application time? Anyway, best of luck with the schools you are waiting to hear from.
