Hey we seem to have pretty similar #'s. I assume you went to Kenyon, I also went to a small school in the middle of nowhere. Anyways, best of luck.

DePaul

You have some good choices. I really liked Chicago-Kent a lot, but OSU and American are great options too. Good luck with your choice.

I think you have a tough choice. I liked Kent more than OSU because of the location and student body. I wasn't sure that I wanted to be locked into Ohio (which would make OSU perfect) because the economy seems to be rapidly deteriorating in the state. I felt very comfortable with Chicago. It's a great legal market with nice (cheap) housing, and lots of things going on. The professors and students I met at Kent were very impressive as were their facilities (compared to Loyola and DePaul). If you really want to stay in Ohio, OSU is a no brainer, otherwise you should really decide between American and Kent.

Ohio State

I disagree with navyseal... I think Kent will get you farther at Chicago midlaw and small law type jobs but OSU will get you farther in the more prestigious positions. Also, if you're top of your class at Kent you can get a prestigious job in Chicago and that's about it. Top of your class at Ohio State and you can go anywhere you want in the country... (obviously a generalization but I think would hold true as a general principle)
