Congrats on your acceptance to LUC! I'm in at LUC too, though I'm waiting to hear from UofC before I make my final decision. If/when I get my rejection/deferral from UofC, I'll have a better idea on where I'm going, with LUC being no.1 as of right now. I'll be at the March 24th admitted students day; maybe I'll see you there.
I'm about 99% on Loyola, too. Unless one of my remaining decisions comes with some fat cash (doubtful), I'll see you at LUC in August.
Chicago gave me the dinger (no surprise...) so LUC is the choice. The ASW was pretty sweet. Prepare for some no-nonsense from the FinAid guy. Name's Joe Donahue and he's pretty badass. He basically came in and crushed everyone's dreams about coming out earning 6 figs. His honesty basically sealed the deal for me. If I'm going to invest 100k+ I don't want smoke up the ass with it. Hope you enjoy it, and I'll see you in August.
I don't remember the %ages given, but I do remember thinking it was rather small. The question still remains: if it truly is that small, how does LUC manage to claim a ~90k average salary for its graduates? Hmm... I'll drop you a line when we get closer to the gate. Have a good spring/summer...I know I will!
Check out my page! I am scared! I haven't heard back from 3 schools, and I've been waitlisted at 4, rejected at 3. Any advice, ANYONE, on what I should do?? I am currently requesting information on Master Degree programs, and I really like one at Keele University in England, BUT I have my heart set on Law School! I documented activity pretty well on my page, and hopefully some insight will help me out.
