I must admit that patience has never been a strength of mine. I've been trying to figure out which way this will go based on the number games and other information that I have seen out there. Obviously my case is not a typical one, but then again, I've seem some 4.0's and 180's get rejected. Good luck to every one out there.

Got a large brown envelope in the mail (dahh) and the letter said "Congratulations". It was from Touro with scholarship money attached. Not bad, I guess.

Got an email this time. I was a little shocked, from the first acceptance I had been stalking my mail box. This one had the same congratulatory language. I should get an official offer letter later and hopefully that one will have some funds attached, but so far so good. God is good!!

This was kind of weird. I put waitlisted, but they referred my app to the regular decision, so not sure what's up with that, but its not a no. I know who has the final decision anyway and its all in His hands.

Wasn't expecting to hear too much over the holidays, so when I received the email it was a great surprise. Its really great considering the fact that Iowa is one of the top 30 schools and that LSAC gave me a less than 25% chance of getting in. See what GOD will do.

Amen! One thing I learned throughout this whole process is just to simply let go and let GOD cause He is in control. God bless your cycle; He will do amazing things through you. Will keep ya on my watch list. Yours in Christ!

Congratulations on getting into Iowa. I like what you said about it being God's will for you to be admitted even though your numbers weren't up to snuff with their typical admissions stats. I'm so nervous waiting on my applications, I pray every day that things will turn out for the best. It's good to know that other people are being prayerful and looking to their faith during this stressful process! Good luck with your decision and please let me know if you end up at Iowa. I'm an Iowa undergrad right now and I love it here! Liz
