Sorry about your son. Good luck on your cycle. I applied late to every school, my numbers suck, and I couldn't really devote the amount of prep time I hoped to for the LSAT. Make sure you really prepare for that exam...I feel it's the most important factor besides your soft skills.
you have enough time to crush the lsat. highly recommend the prep course Powerscore. if you cannot afford 750, buy the powerscore bibles and just get practice tests. the course is online and wiht 3 kids you can look at teh archive classes over and over again on your own time but still be home. practice and practice. I upped my score 10 points from 145 to 155. straight from God. i could have gotten higher but i froze on one of the games. you will do good, don't waste the gpa. plus the part time programs at nova and fiu appear (see last years stats on lsac) to have a lower stats for pert time. with the hardship and being a minority you will get in. My deepest sympathy for the loss of your child. (i read your response to the birdman). you appear to be an extraordinary woman and i wish you hte best of luck. :-)

Hey, Hope you did great this time around on the lsat! And, I just went today to the FAMU open house in orlando. Its the least expensive school in the state for tuition, and I really got a good impression from the school.. I'm applying there and with the low tuition its really attractive to me.
I hope your second LSAT attempt went well! I see you applied to Ave Maria. I visited this weekend and it is AMAZING. They have playgrounds, family picnic areas and a mini water park on campus. I have a two year old so that is really important to me. Thought I'd let you know that I found it to be very mommy friendly :)

Hi, I don't know if you read my details, but you can put yourself on Ave Maria's wait list! It's on their website. Also, I think you have a great shot at Nova. Worst case, at least you have St. Thomas, which is more than I have. IF out of state is a possibility for you, fellow Floridian, there are many schools you have a shot at! Best Luck!
Hi again! I applied to St Thomas last week and already received an email saying it should take 2-3 weeks to hear back.. im excited about that possibility! Have you considered any other schools to apply to?
no they didnt charge me extra. i know stetson does. they suck cuz they are already super expensive to apply to.PS as a fellow student athlete the schools i applied to really like the fact that i was a student athlete so if that somethine you havent payed up that may be something to think about.
