Extra Curricular Information

The low number of credits on the LSAC transcript I sent in with my apps might be making some schools think twice. I'm graduating in three years and my fall/winter grades did not affect my GPA much, but I'm sending in an updated transcript anyway. I just hope it'll reach those schools still pending before they send the decisions. Just something for others graduating early to think about.

4/21/09- My cycle is pretty much over, time to make some decisions.

3/21/09- In at BC!

03/03/09- First rejection letter from Chicago. I'm worried, because the schools that accepted me returned decisions pretty fast.

02/20/09- Decision Pending at Chicago.

02/06/09- In at Northwestern w/135K scholarship- on the condition that I defer one year. I badly want to go to law school next year- but that money is tempting...

01/24/09- In at Columbia! Note- I received a grade request form about one and a half weeks ago.
Took a two day trip to Georgetown- liked what I saw. Great school, good location, lots of interesting museums and landmarks.

01/20/09- In at Duke!

01/15/09- Under Committee Review at UPenn

01/14/09- In at G-Town!

01/13/09- Georgetown decision in the mail!!!

Decided to scratch the Berkeley and UConn apps because of the fees. Everything else is done, time to sit back and wait. I hope I get some good mail in the next few weeks.
