Applying to many reaches and I didn't even get an LSAC fee waiver :(

I might narrow down the list if I can't get need-based waivers.

UCLA #1 choice, USC #2 (I feel like a traitor, but UCLA has better study abroad options). Stanford is only #3 because I don't stand a chance, but we'll see...

The worst they can say is no, right? :]

Rejected at my alma mater. Bleh. It's off to Loyola for me. I'm happy nonetheless :)

It was hard to give up a full ride but I feel that Loyola will give me better job prospects than Southwestern. I hope I am not mistaken and I hope Loyola gives me more money. Still no word from USC, but I'd drop everything for them!! :) Let's hope and pray...

Finally got my Pepperdine decision. Says on the letter I could expect to hear back from them in MID JULY! WTF? Who has time to wait that far? Needless to say I will not remain on that list. USC STILL hasn't given me an answer. People are getting rejected left and right and nothing for me yet. I REALLY HOPE THEY ACCEPT ME! If they don't, however, I'm happy with my options. :)

Pleasantly surprised at the "Reserve" status at Cornell. I don't know, however, what to send to supplement my application. I don't want to ask my boss for a letter because he doesn't want me to leave and isn't a very good writer. So what to do? I need to withdraw from USD, Santa Clara and U of Pacific. So far it's between Loyola and Southwestern (which gave me a full ride) :) I am still hoping for a USC miracle. I've been under review since 1/29 and many ppl have been rejected already.

Waitlist at Hastings. Rejection at Vanderbilt. I'm a bit disappointed at the Hastings outcome. Vanderbilt not so much since what the hell would I do in Tennessee? At this point, I'm probably out everywhere...maybe WL at Pepperdine or Davis. We'll see. Loyola is looking better and better.

Accepted into Loyola yesterday. Wish they'd have given me more $...maybe I can negotiate later on. I'm very happy about this acceptance nonetheless.

Out at Michigan. I only applied there cuz my grandma was born there. Too cold for me anyway. Meh..

Rejected by Berkeley. Meh. Not surprised. At this point, the only schools I think I still have a shot at are Loyola, Pepperdine, Davis, and Hastings. The rest are sure rejects...but USC would make me very happy if by some miracle they accepted me. Vamos a ver.

In at USD. The thought of going to law school in San Diego is VERY EXCITING :-D Rejected from BU. Not very surprised. So far my cycle has been pretty predictable....we'll see.

Rejected by UT Austin. Not surprised, I just wish my first decision hadn't been a rejection. Oh well, off to party before Thanksgiving. I refuse to let this get me down :)

Finally done submitting. I'm under review at Berkeley. Sounds nice, but I'm really not expecting an acceptance. But who knows, hopefully I'll get some nice surprises. :)
