Not much. I am a veteran of the Marines and pretty bright. I did not do well on the LSAT for unknown reasons. I think I got hung up on close answers but not the best choices. Additional info & updates

Come on Carolina!! Let me know if I'm in out or waiting please!!! I am waiting on your decision before I decide where I am going!!!

2-23-2010 - Financial Aid package from Campbell, no scholies but all federal loans!!!

2-24-2010 - Waiting on Carolina still.

2-26-2010 - Received scholarship information from Elon

3-5-2010 - Still waiting on Carolina. The recent rejections do not appear to be a good sign but I guess no news is good news at this point.

3-10-2010 - Still waiting. I wonder if they will accept people this week since it is Spring Break and the trend has been every two weeks??

4-27-12010 - I was waitlisted by Carolina so I guess its Campbell for now. If Carolina pulls me off, I will go because it is so much cheaper.

Congrats on your acceptances, too! Yeah carolina is definitely taking their time, so nerve-racking... You should be a good candidate, though, being an in-state URM. Good luck and I'll let you know whenever I hear from them!

is there any chance you can withdraw from the rest of the schools you don't think you will be going to--like Elon for example? That will help out the rest of us who have not been accepted to as many schools :)

I am sorry to hear about the waitlist. Will you be waiting this one out or are you definitely heading to Campbell!

Thanks for letting me know! I didn't even notice that.

Aw thanks. I don't feel so bad because of the people with MUCH better numbers than I that were also wait listed. I'm still very happy about Wake Forest! I don't think it's so much were you go to school as to what you do once you get there. I plan on doing great things at Wake and I'm sure you'll be awesome at Campbell! (I just drove past the Campbell law building yesterday, great location! Sooo many coffee shops within walking distance...) But I think both of our bank accounts might be happier if we got off the wait list at UNC ;)

Nope, it was $16,000 per year...it was just easier to put the total than the "per year" thing.
