You still have an excellent chance at some of the schools you are in. I pray that you get into your No. 1 choice. With your GPA, I'm sure you wrote an awsome addendum which will make them overlook your LSAT score. Good Luck!

Dreams killed?

Nahhh. You're going to law school. Who cares about everything else. Did you really want to graduate $200k in debt and working 80 hours a week so you could impress some asshole partner? Again, you're going to law school. You should go out and party like crazy on this acceptances. / Yale Sux.

You are soooo right. I hate standardized testing. Just because soemone gets a 170 doesn't mean they will succeed!

LSAT Killed My Dreams Too...
Sunday, January 29 2006 at 07:00 PM

It is unfortunate that schools place too much emphasis on the LSAT. Many of my dreams were killed this year b/c of that stupid test. The worst part is when you see people with terrible GPA's and awesome LSAT's getting into top ranked schools. Like 1 day of good testing is more important than 4 years of hard work. It isn't fair, but thats life I suppose. As for me I graduated w/ 2 degrees in 4 years while maintaing a 3.6 and volunteer and extracurriculars. Its messed up. Anyways Congrats on your acceptances and good luck next year.
