Good luck with UNLV. You have a good shot at the PT program for sure!

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

If you're applying for PT, you have a very good chance of getting in. It is true that UNLV does like to take Nevada Residents over non-Nevada residents. So you have an edge there. I am looking at moving back to Las Vegas, but I am applying to the Full time program. The best thing about UNLV is that if you graduated from a Nevada high school, they consider you a resident for life no matter where you have lived. I have lived out of state since I was 19, yet I will still be considered a resident. I think that's GREAT! Good luck to you!

Curious, any contact from UNLV?

I'm surprised you were "waitlisted" for the PT program. However, if it is any consolation, I know UNLV always has a lot of "withdrawals" and usually does take people off their "waitlist." So good luck to you.
