Illinois resident.

I know a lot of people will probably think I'm crazy for choosing OU over the more highly ranked schools, but oh well. Their problem, not mine.

you really want to go to GW, I'd withdraw that app and apply to a few more schools a little higher-ranked...UVA, Michigan maybe, definitely Northwestern and Cornell. Your GPA rocks and your LSAT is solid.

Congrats!

On Texas!

how did you hear?

Did Texas notify you by email or snail mail on your acceptance?

Yep

OU offered me a full ride last week. I called to ask about scholarships and the dean called back the next day. Seems like we're pulling for a lot of the same schools. Good luck on the GW ED. I think we're on the same page there.

on Cornell! I got accepted the same day as you, and our numbers are close. May I ask what your top choices are at the moment? Anyway, good luck with the rest of your cycle!

Not that my numbers are anywhere near yours, but I'm choosing OU over higher ranked schools as well. I don't blame you. I'll see you in the fall. :) I put my e-mail in if you wanted to chat beforehand. Good choice!
