Additional info & updates

4/7: Letter from UVA telling me I'm on their priority waitlist for out-of-state applicants. This brings my cycle to an official end. Off to Cornell, it is!

3/15: Letter from Georgetown telling me I'm on the Preferred Waitlist.

3/3: Snail mail from Cornell informing me that I was accepted to the dual degree program I applied for. I think I found my school for the fall!

2/20: Acceptance e-mail from Cornell. I was expecting to be waitlisted at best, so I am thrilled out of my mind to be accepted. Did not think I'd actually get into a T14 school!

2/2: No more checking of the rarely updated Fordham status checker anymore, because I'm in!

1/23: Case sent me a very nice e-mail telling me I'm in.

12/30: Surprised and extremely happy to get my first acceptance. GW! I was not expecting that. What a way to go into 2008! Haha!

CONGRATS ON 3 AWESOME ACCEPTANCES! I AM HOPING FOR GWU SOON!! Fordham would be a great place as NYC is amazing! I wish you the best of luck with the rest of the cycle and keep me posted! We are both hoping for that Cornell acceptance although you have a much better chance than I do! I hope you fare better than me at UVA and best of luck w/ GTOWN! KEEP 'EM COMIN'!!!

Thanks!

on all your acceptances so far as well! I hope we both finish well at our pending schools. How heavy are you considering GW vs. Fordham right now?

Congrats to you too!

Looks like your cycle is going great. Actually, and I know it seems insane, my top choice right now is OU. I'm clearly crazy to turn down T14, but I'm in a serious relationship and the boyfriend and I are planning to settle in Tulsa. Reducing debt so we can pay for his med school seems like the best option. Looks like you'll have some tough choices to make yourself soon enough!

Dual Cornell
