Extra Curricular Information

Intramural Sports, Investment Club, nothing particularly impressive.
No full time work experience but good summer jobs (an investment bank and a consulting firm in New York)
Both recs written by econ professors one of whom I t.a.'d for. Both pretty big name guys, one was actually a law and economics professor. I think both were extremely solid, definitely helped a ton.
Personal statement about math and economics and their relationship to law. My roommate didn't like it, guess Harvard did.

Additional info & updates

I realize i'm getting into this pretty late in the game, here's a rough chronology of events.
-Accepted at Duke
-Harvard phone call two weeks after going complete. Very informal, talked about summer jobs and basketball with T. Stock
-Accepted at Harvard a week later, phone call from T.S. roughly December 12
-Accepted at NYU, dad is an alumn so they called him first, asked if I was in anywhere else, he said Harvard, they said "oh. They're third and we're fourth but we'll pass them soon." Right
-Accepted at Virginia
-Accepted at Stanford around New Years
-Accepted at Columbia early February, nominated for a sharp scholarship
-Accepted at Chicago and Penn same day
-Something about a possible Levy scholarship from Penn and money from Chicago same day as well
Sort of odd that Harvard and Stanford came before the others.
-Still waiting on Yale, wrote a pretty tongue and cheek 250 word essay, probably didn't go over too well.

Leaning heavily towards Harvard, but any input would be much appreciated.

Got an Email from Yale indicating they are still taking their sweet ass time

Looks like a ton of people just got the axe from Yale so it ain't looking good.

Big news for all 500 of you who have read my profile. Just got into Yale sunday night (which means i'm probably one of the last people they will accept, awesome). This makes my decision a lot harder. I would rather be in Boston next year than New Haven but, as much as I would love get yale back for rejecting me for undergrad, it is yale law school

I don't normally get into these things, but 4.0 from an Ivy and a 173...doesn't seem like the guy will have too many problems! Raven, Yale would be crazy not to take you, but congrats on having to "settle" for Harvard or Stanford. :)

Come to Yale

Harvard is the way to go

New Haven? Come on that place sucks, not to mention Yale Law was rated in Maif Digest as the most overrated graduate school in the world. Furthermore, Maphone Monthly rated Harvard Law girls the second hottest behind Deep Springs. I think it is safe to say Harvard is the way to go.
