plan on taking the LSAT again in October, hoping to get minimum 153. I really want to go to a school in Atlanta, but doubt I can get in to Georgia State

I did retake the LSAT and I got a disgraceful 149, I doubt I will take it again, and strive for John Marshall ATL

2/9/09- accepted at Florida A&M. Envelope in the mail said welcome to the FAMily

2/26/09- accepted at southern via snail mail. They are only giving me two weeks to make a decision, and I still haven'tt heard from five schools.

3/2/09-emailed John Marshall atl about my account status; they said they should have a decision by the end of the week. I hope so because thi is the very first school I applied to

3/5/09- ACCEPTED! John Marshall via status checker!

3-18-09- got an email from Barry saying inviting me to an accepted student open house. The email said that if I hadn't received my letter yet, congratulations.

3/23/09-Got acceptance packet at Barry, $6000 a year ascholarship, not bad. What do you all think?

Someone told me that applying early action or early decision helps ones' chances of getting in. I am not sure but maybe you could look into that at Georgia maybe that would help you. Good Luck on the October Test, I am taking it then as well!

My online checker actually said "Decison emailed", then changed to "Decision Mailed", because I also recived a copy in the mail.
