Plenty of other fun (but useless for law school) extracurriculars
- I currently work at an immigration law firm in Cleveland, and I've been working mainly in the legal field since I graduated in 2006.
- I am applying at the last minute in the cycle because I wasn't sure if I should wait til next year. I wan't to stay in cleveland for law school since my family, and my girlfriend's family, is here and the cost of living is super cheap, plus Cleveland is actually a great city if you hang out in the right places!
- I'm VERY interested in the International Law program at CASE. Keeping my fingers crossed!
----05/19/08----In at CASE! Finally! I actually called the admissions office today and they told me that they e-mailed me an acceptance notification, but it was e-mailed to my old college e-mail address! Anyway, I was informed over the phone that I'm admitted and I have received a nice little $9,000/year scholly. I'm done with my cycle, phew. Game. Set. Match.
we have similar stats - good luck!
I'm actually leaning SLU for network and personal reasons. Probably will decide once and for all by the end of this week. Good luck!
The only school that I would attend before Case is Temple because of dirt cheap in-state tuition and I could see myself practicing in Phili. Best of luck and let me know when they contact you and I'll be sure to do the same.
Yea thank you, good luck to you too! Hope they still have well enough places for admission. :)
First of all, thank you for the kind words. I actually applied to Case Western as well, but withdrew yesterday. Cornell is a great school, Case and Cleveland state would be fools not to accept you. Good luck my friend!
I really want to get into CSU, I believe I have a good chance. Case sent me an email informing me that they were still accepting apps after April 01, so I decided to apply. Good Luck.
Hi! I got a phone call from admissions but i was kinda a special case. I think they are sending letters out soon though!! Best of luck to you! Stay positive!!!
I got an email a few days ago saying, "We know you are far along in your decision making process ... would you still like a decision." I replied emphatically with a, "yes I'd be very interested." 2 days passed and they sent me an acceptance email with a scholarship email following closely behind.
thanks and congrats on Case
I actually got a email saying my application is on "HOLD". I am not sure if HOLD and Deferred is the same thing. At this point, I wouldn't attend CASE unless there is some sort of scholarship (which I highly doubt). Good luck on your application.
Was actually called. Offered me a spot in a newly formed PT program. They said they are making the class a bit smaller so I assume giving those at the bottom of the list of acceptances offers for the day-PT program. Good Luck...I couldn't be more thrilled/confused.
Hell Yes. Good job, you deserve and I\'ll see you on Entering Students Day.
Yeah, I am rather excited about the whole thing. Congrats to you as well, and here\'s to hoping paths cross Friday.
Congrats on your cycle and good luck at Case Western this fall!
