From one Northwestern deferral to another.... SOMEONEs gotta take you. Take me.

what about

a UT-Austin, WUSTL, or GW? There are tons of schools that would overlook a lower-GPW because of your awesome LSAT. I wouldn't count Duke out of the running, either. I bet you get in there.

GPW

How were you notified of your rejection from Boalt?? I'm just preparing myself for the particular reject medium.....

NU Deferral

I would not sweat the deferral at NU too much. Submit extra materials if you can. It is definitely worth it.

yeah

the waiting sucks. i hope you get into one of your choices - are you thinking of applying to some schools more within a reasonable reach, although a NW deferral is not bad. good luck!

i gotcha
Saturday, October 21 2006 at 08:00 PM

i'm out of school a year, and decided not to attend any of the schools i got into last time around (my parents wanted me to stay local) i just wasn't excited about any of them, and am hoping this cycle will be better...

Northwestern

How did you hear from NU? Did they give you a deadline that you have to respond by? Thanks, FH

Thursday, January 04 2007 at 07:00 PM

It was a mix of the cash and a desire to stay in Chicago. Will you be accepting their offer of admissions?
