Thanks. I called both and I guess I made both deadlines. Good luck this cycle and on your retake.
right now i'm crossing my fingers that i won't get pushed back into RD. i have SGA down as work experience. berkeley's is interesting b/c it's autonomous from the university and runs its own businesses. other stuff is research (in econ) and an internship with a state assemblymember. now that i think about it, all of this sounds very typical for other applicants... ah well. good luck trump!! i hope we both get in :)
I got emails from Duke and GULC on how to access their status checkers about 5 days after I applied, and found out I was complete a few days later checking them. UIUC sent me an email saying I was complete.
i got one of their mass invites to apply in the mail and sent them an email asking for a FW. they gave it to me pretty quickly.
i prob won't know for a few more weeks if not later since my report was just requested yesterday. you might know soon tho. i think we have a 50/50 chance, based off LSN data on past cycles and my assessment of the LSN pool this cycle. i hope we get lucky!
Kudos on going for the retake - I'm sure you'll do great and thus be a shoe-in for Michigan. Hopefully I'll see you there in May
Congratulations on Wash U! I think you will have a great cycle and many more acceptances to come!
Way to go! One acceptance already after just a month. :D I'm going to declare right now that you rocked the dec LSAT, and you stand a great chance at cracking t6
yah i feel quite a bum, doing absolutely nothing now that i have my decision. i'm starting to look for a PT job to keep me preoccupied the next few months. sadly, surfing LSN and LSD endlessly isn't as satisfying now!
just wondering...when you called the admissions office...were they friendly? i went to decision today and want to call but im nervous!
sorry about the deferral man :( at least it's not a rejection! you get your dec score soon right? i hope it's good news!
right back at you man, I just graduated in May. Congrats on WashU, hope I'll be jumping up a couple slots from UF soon myself.
lol, hey dude... long time no talk. where have you been hiding? anyway... i have safeties i promise... i just don't have them revealed. i applied to two of the schools you listed plus another one that you told me to apply to because i got a "hidden fee waiver from them last month." That might ring a bell. Keep me posted, and I'll be seeing you at an ASW!
I know this is very self-centered to post this on your page, but it makes me feel so much better that you haven't heard from UF either! You've already been accepted to some great schools, congrats.
yo, i haven't chatted with you in a while. hows everything been since the dec lsat? hang in there on the deferrals. i really hope one of them comes through for you!
Thanks for withdrawing. It's my first choice. :-) Congrats on your acceptances. Hopefully some of those deferrals will turn into acceptances, too. Great cycle.
I'm not at UF for my MBA. I'm doing Saint Leo University's online MBA. It's a TON of work but it's easier for me because I have 2 kids. I've been able to stay home with them and save the daycare $$. Congrats on Illinois. That was fast! Your whole cycle was pretty fast, as a matter of fact. I guess all you're waiting on now are the deferrals from Cornell, Northwestern and Michigan. Best of luck with those.
On Georgetown!
congrats on gulc dude. im happy for you that you managed to get into the t14, thats a great accomplishment. hopefully more good news will follow.
CONGRATS ON USC!!
Congrats on USC my fellow 166er. Any early idea as USC vs. Gtown?
Congrats on USC! That is a great school. I'm really happy for you that you have such great options. Good luck in your choices. Wish me luck with USC... it's one of my top choices. Hopefully they start accepting some 166ers with 3.5ish GPAs and not just 166ers with 3.7s ;)
USC is def my top accepted choice. Im on waitlist for so many schools though im not sure how to approach the situation...
Congrats on your acceptances. I noticed we were both accepted to Georgetown part-time and WashU. Are you considering either of them? Do you have any thoughts on either?
I'm not going to the admitted students reception. I've been to visit Georgetown twice, so I have a pretty good sense of the school. Please let me know how the reception goes.
hi! i just saw that you're attending gulc evening program and wanted to say hi! i just put my deposit down yesterday after visiting the campus, absolutely loved it. i guess i'll be seeing you there this fall since there's only one section!
Hey, I was wondering how you were notified that you were complete at UMich and Cornell. I applied a day or two before you (EA and ED also) and haven't heard anything. Thanks
