-Unprestigious undergrad
-A couple extracurriculars, good depth and some leadership
-Non-legal PT work experience while in college
-Optional essays: "Why Michigan?" and "Why Penn?"
-Unconventional 4-page PS for schools that allowed that length (Michigan, Berkeley, Georgetown, Virginia). The rest got a more conventional 2-pager.
