i have a theory on the whole texas tech active consideration deal...my thoughts are that texas tech admits a number of "auto" admits. they offer great scholarships, etc. however, they put pressure on applicants with a super quick seat deposit deadline. as that deadline passes, they weed out those just using tech as a safety and offer seats to the active consideration list. so, basically, if your undecided on attending tech, i'd count your "active consideration" as a blessing. i'm pretty sure you'll get in and you'll have a little more time to see what other schools have to offer without dishing out cash just yet. on the other hand, if tech is your number one choice, i'd say it's only a matter of time before you get in. just my thoughts. anyway, i think ttu would be a great place to study law. it'll be a tough decision in the next few days...

So the 31st came and went with no word....how about you? The waiting is killing me b/c they are my #1 choice.

What was your opinion of Houston's ASD? I am thinkin UH is my top choice, but I havent been admitted, therefore havent been able to attend an ASD yet, annoying.

When are we going to hear?? We're the only 164-sub 3.0s on LSN applying there.
