3/18 Just received word that I was accepted into Elon, which is exciting, but disturbed that I kind of got into Campbell. Apparently I've been admitted to the PBAP program which means you have to prove yourself to the school in order to gain admission (going to think about this for awhile)

3/25 Just received word of $5,000 a year from Elon, although I believe a good portion of individuals get some sort of scholarship offering from the school...nice to have the opportunity to save money though ! Waiting on Mercer, Charleston and Charlotte....

3/27 Receive an e-mail from Charlotte Dean of Admission informing me of my acceptance and scholarship offer. Feels nice, waiting on Mercer and Charleston

4/17 Still waiting on two schools....accepted the invite to the PBAP so we'll see how that turns out

4/24 Receive a letter from Charleston letting me know they're becoming a really great school and can't offer me acceptance...Pissed but not going to sweat it, provisionally approved school, still hoping on Mercer

5/11 So apparently Mercer has made a decision and I should get that in the coming days...I'm assuming because they couldn't tell me I was accepted that I've been denied or waitlisted...oh well

I noticed you and I applied to both Mercer and Campbell with similar lsat scores, should be interesting to see. Good luck this cycle

Hey thanks. Good luck to you too. Have you head anything from Elon or Charlotte? I got my status checker stuff from Mercer within a couple days, but haven't heard a thing from anywhere else.

hey! i received my rejection letter from charleston in a really thin envelope, just through regular mail. hey since you're from NC, do you think charlotte law is shaping up to be a good school? i'm really considering it. good luck with everything!!

Hey, Thanks. I heard a few weeks ago- the end of march I believe. Don't remember exactly bc I wasn't that interested in going there but It was just a letter in the mail.

Still no word from Mercer. I'm pretty sure the people in the admissions office know me by name because I keep calling. Well, I was calling frequently for a while, but I've paid $650 dollars in seat deposits and am 99.9 percent sure I am going to USC. I think it is a bit unethical to charge an application fee and then not make a decision. It's not that they are disregarding timely manner polite procedure... they just aren't making a decision at all. The last time I talked to someone, she said I should expect an answer by the end of May. Are you kidding me?!?! I want my money back!

Whats up man. I was rejected into Mercer, I found out last Friday. When I spoke with them a couple months ago it seemed that they were bombarded with applications. Its probably because they gave out a ton of fee waivers, thats the only reason I applied. Best of luck with law school bro.
