Baltimore e-mailed you about the scholarship like within a week of acceptance? I guess this means they don't want to show me the scholarship love. =(

haha, oh good. I started freaking out a little bit because I thought I would get at least something from UBalt. I haven't really ranked them because I'd be perfectly happy to go to any of them. At the moment, I'm leaning towards Rutgers-N if only because they offer in-state tuition to everyone. But I would consider seriously every single school I applied to. =)
called UBalt - they're not offering me anything. I was surprised as I thought our numbers were comparable, but apparently not. I guess 160 is the magic lsat number. Time for my withdrawal =P
Haha I know. I was just surprised. I have family in the area and my sister just moved there last year (because her boyfriend is attending). It was just a nice option if it wasn't too expensive, but at sticker price: hell to the no. Plus, I got into Penn State today, so nyah ubalt.
We have almost the exact same numbers and many of the same schools...I'm a little confused why you were rejected from Albany? (Not that I expect you to know the answer to that), this is one of the safety schools, eek! Well I'll be hearing soon
Yeah, we definitely could. Quick question...Out of the schools we both applied to, that you've heard from (that would be Hofstra, Pace, Syracuse, St. John's, UB, Albany, and Brookyn)...did any of those schools email you about a decision before you recieved it in the regular mail? I've seen people mention it, but I wasn't aware schools did that. Thanks!

OH Yeah now I remember. I don't think I realized, at the time, how easily these schools handed out the money, so I figured there was no way I was getting anything. Also, I was damn sick of writing essays
Well personally I'm not even sure I want to be at Syracuse, or even Albany. I think by applying I was mostly appeasing my parents, who are less than thrilled at the prospect of me moving to the NY area.
Have you visited Hofstra?
I know I want to! But I'm not going to be able to go until the weekend after. You must tell what you think!
