How'd you get all those fee waivers?
Hey, so if you apply for the LSAC fee waiver and are approved, they wive the application fee for the school, but you pay the LSAC fee of $35 per school. My fee waiver was initially denied, and I wrote a letter to appeal and they gave it to me. @mwickware1

Congrats! Please don't consider TJ. They're on probation with the ABA and very well may not be around in a few years. The law degree is nearly worthless. Their CA bar passage last July for first time test takers was 30%. 7/10 of their grads aren't barred to practice what they just studied 3 years for. $30k scholarship isn't worth so much for that kind of school. Syracuse is a much better opportunity! Just not a very mobile degree, so a better option if you want to stay in that region for a while. Or good luck with the other schools as well!
hey CALaw717, Syracuse does have a mobile degree mainly bc it's a name that's known, and has a solid brand. Also, it's in NY, so pretty much anywhere you work and you study in NY you're good bc its taught with the mindset that you may go anywhere rather than just regionally restricted.
Where do you find out the "received" and "completed" date from? I have only applied to one school so far about a week ago and all I got from LSAC is that I applied. Do the schools themselves email you after that? Sorry, I know this must be a dumb question.
On Syracuse! I'm just wondering if you have heard anything from NEU?
