Some really sweet stuff . . .

Additional info & updates

Some more really sweet stuff . . .

UK: DING. Sort of expected, but disappointing anyway. They even acknowledged my "really sweet stuff" in the letter.

Gonzaga: 13K/yr

I've pretty much decided to delay attending law school for another year. The wife wants to return to school and finish her MA and I'd like another crack at the LSAT (this time I'll study). However, I'm keeping Montana alive (sent in deposit already) just in case things change.

I was in Sponkane for three days about a year ago. I didn't see much of the town because I busy on campus most of the time. I do have a good buddy that is a 1L @ GU and he absolutely loves it.

Congrats on Syracuse! It's an awesome school. Did they send a big or small envelope?

BlackJesus, The letter was dated 12/22, but I got it today (I live in Kansas). The letter came in a big white envelope. Thanks for the congrats, I'm psyched. Are you familiar with the university and city?

I'm only a few hours from the school, so I was able to scope out the campus and the surrounding area one weekend. It's a beautiful city and the campus seems really great! There's lots of historic buildings and school spirit. Unfourtionatly, I wasn't able to visit during the week, so I wasn't really able to sit in on a class or anything like that. But all of the vibes I got from my little unofficial tour were good!

I like the Montana location; however, you'll probably have more oppurtunies at Gonzaga for less $ given that you can maintain that 13,000 year scholarship. I think montana's reputation is slightly better; however they are still regional - just like Gonzaga - and spokane is a much larger market than Missoula
