I'm not really sure yet. I'm thinking about doing a joint degree with a Masters in Gvt or Public Policy but I'm not entirely sure, so that limits my options a little. I didn't apply anywhere I wouldn't go, but I would LOVE to get into Virginia, despite its being a long shot. I won't let myself consider any school until I get in though- a measure of self preservation I suppose. My decision was mailed from Vandy on the 15th, and I haven't heard anything yet. Not sure if that's a good or bad sign! Haha
Yep. Vandy is dreaming big. I bet theyre going to pull a lot of people off waitlist once they realize the people they have accepted so far are going to better schools. Hopefully USC wont try to mimic Vandy to keep its #16 spot...

I really hope I get into Madison. Not only is the school perfect for me, but my gf will be working there starting in June. Interestingly enough she is moving there from Raleigh, your neck of the woods.

on your decision about emory! I would be there next year except they havent given me money and its hard to justify turning down 90k at WashU! would you go to Vandy if you got off the WL?
I am originally from nashville and LOVE it there, also love the size and atmosphere of Vandy so we will see...it seems as though they waitlisted a ton this year so it will be interesting to see if they go far into their WL or not. did you not want to be a tarheel for 3 more years?
i do go to WFU... sad to graduate in May but happy to start somewhere new! Nashville is a lot of fun, but so is Atlanta (except nashville doesnt have that whole traffic issue to the same degree as ATL). Hopefully Emory will eventually pull through and give me some money and I will see you there next year!
