I think you will get into Ole Miss, just might take a little longer than my decision. I applied really early so that helps and the sent the packet via mail. With all of your experiences I think you will get in even being a little below GPA and LSAT. Good luck with all of your apps.
I'm actually from the northeast and would prefer to go to law school in the region. With my GPA I'm going to take the shotgun approach, so there will be a lot more schools to come. Glad to hear good things about Buffalo. Good luck with your cycle.

Yep JDLaf, I plan to apply at schools primarily in the SE; within 6 hrs of ATL. You look as if you don't mind moving a ways according to the schools you have listed. BTW, I have a nontrad friend who is 1L at TT; if you need more info from there just let me know. Good Luck!
I applied to Akron in July on the 22 and heard back from them about a week later. I wasn't disappointed though - I had applied because it didn't have an application fee and didn't require LORs, which I didn't have at the time!

Just in case you were interested -- I live in Arkansas and UALR (Bowen), has in many ways a better reputation in-state than Fayetteville. It has great relationships with the state government and Little Rock law firms. I got within one day of orientation last year and ended up withdrawing in favor of this cycle. If you get in (which you should), consider it!
Yeah... I did apply for the Fall. I guess I'm just waiting on the letter to get here now to see what the decision is. Have you heard anything from them yet?

That's BS, in my opinion. USAF, Master's Degree, score within the 25th? I would have thought you would be a shoe-in... Sorry man, if you like it, stay on the waitlist, I can't imagine it would be hard to get off... Good luck going forward!

Sorry about the rejection - in looking at your softs, it appears to be their loss. Did your online status change from "Committee Review" or did you just receive notification via snail mail?
Hey man congrats on Whittier and the good $$ they gave you! Have you had a chance to visit or take a tour? Quick question: My online status said that I was accepted, but it didn't mention a scholarship or anything. How did you find out about it?
Congratulations on your acceptances. I noticed you have a masters degree. I wanted to know how big of an impact that had on the admissions committee. Do you think it helped you get into schools you wouldnt have normally gotten into, or do you think it got you more scholarship money?

When cal western changed your status to decision rendered; did they also chang your seat deposit information to displaying values. They informed me my decision letter had been mailed, but they did not change the deposit numbers to present. Should I be counting this as a ding?
