I hope so!

I hope having a really strong application can overcome a so-so LSAT score. I'm in the same boat. I think that since you have an MA and strong work experience you have a very good shot. Once you've been out of school for a while, your LSAT becomes much less important. Good luck!

Yeah, I sure hope I hear from GWU soon. I see it as the most likely school for me to go to, so I am a little nervous waiting. I would be surprised if either of us didn't get in (maybe wishful thinking???). Good luck.

good call

Congrats on GWU. You were right about me, too, thankfully.

HL, Wow, that's a bold prediction...Penn would be an incredible acceptance. Thanks for the very kind words. Since my LSAT was in that dicey range, I wasn't quite sure of my standing with some of the T1s. I beleive the work experience and the MA work has really helped. I applied to Temple because I am from Philadelphia and they have a great Trial Advocacy program, which is something I'm seriously considering. I am also thinking about practicing in Philadelphia as well.

where are you thinking? I have no freakin' clue where to go!!

GT PT or GW FT

I definitely hear what you're saying about potential employers "knowing" I went part time...but I couldn't care less. They will see that I have been working while going to school and it is not like the PT program is inferior to FT, it is just less popular and hence, easier to get into. good luck with your decisions...

Looks like we're in similar situations with Georgetown. Are you going to stay on the waitlist?
