** 03/12/08 - Much appreciated scholarship offer from NWU! 75k

** 03/12/08 - All quiet, and then two big offers from T14s! Chicago at 64k and GULC at 60k.

**02/26/08 - In at Harvard... not too shabby :) but someone in the T14 please give me some money!

**02/24/08 - In at Chicago today! Another great school, but so cold... some tuition help though, and I could buy a nice jacket and forget about the weather! We'll see I guess.

**02/17/08 - Yeaaayuh! Finally some money from a top choice school. I got a letter from USC with a full scholarship offer.

**02/15/08 - In at Penn, via email. Actually it was one of those "now that you've been accepted" kind of emails. I was like... Oh, cool!

**02/13/08 - In at NWU. Awesome! I'm now considering withdrawing some places, but I really want to get some $$$ from a T14... fuey.

**02/07/08 - Everything was silent and I've been waiting on word from Columbia, and then suddenly... in at Stanford. OMGWTFBBQ. I'm freaking out!

**01/25/08 - In at USC! Please please please offer me a scholarship..

**1/22/08 - In at Michigan today! That school is such an good academic fit for me... but its so cold...

**1/21/08 - Got an email from Penn asking for fall grades. They also noted that my resume impressed admissions personel... :)

**1/21/08 - In at Duke! Awesome stuff.

**1/20/08 - All quiet on the law school front. Went to decision at Mich today, and I leave for Japan on Thursday until June... hopefully it comes before then.

**1/16/08 - OMG my week of discovering that I'm an idiot continues. My Harvard app was never transmitted (did it today), and my Stanford app needed a Dean Cert (also did it today). Amazing.

On a good note, Columbia requested my latest grades, which are all As.

**1/15/08 - E-mail from NYU saying that I'm an idiot and I forgot to fill out my individual scholarship essays. That's what I get for being sloppy.

**1/14/08 - I sent out an email to the 5 schools where I haven't heard that I'm complete. I've heard back from two. I'm magically complete at UCLA, and Cornell has too many applications to even check... great haha

**1/12/08 - In at Notre Dame with 16k per year. Illness.

**1/11/08 - In at Berkeley! (via email) Omg, I gotta say, I haven't been this excited since my GULC acceptance. Berkeley is such a good school, and I can only imagine how nice the envoironment must be.... wow.

**1/11/08 - In at Virginia! I'm stoked! It came in a little white envelope, which I immediately mistook for a rejection. Haha wow... (status went to decision on the 7th).

I also got a fee waiver from Vanderbilt today, but I really see no point in applying as of now, since I'd choose NYU, GULC, UVA, or GW over Vandy.

**1/9/08 - I had my NWU interview today, which makes my application complete and then some. I'm also waiting for my UVA decision which should come any day now...

**1/4/08 - Finished up all my FAFSA stuff! My parents financial information is really complicated, so I'm still waiting on them to fill out the NeedAccess.org info. Anyway, nearing completion with all my aid paperwork...

**1/4/07 - In at William & Mary! Scholarship, Fellowship, and Stipend for 17k per year. Wow, really gracious offer, but I think I'll turn it down and let someone else take it.

**12/28/07 - In at NYU! Honestly surprised, but thrilled! Folder in the mail.

**12/28/07 - In at GW! Via email, packet on the way.

**12/28/07 - Email from Duke asking for an explanation of my "criminal record" haha... oops. It's all good, tiny infraction.

**12/17/07 - Email from UCLA saying my app isn't complete; they have everything but my LSDAS report.

**12/14/07 - In at Georgetown! Momz called and said I got a big packet in the mail, so I had her open in. I'm happy! I'm glad I got in SOMEWHERE! haha that takes some pressure off.

**12/12/07 - Threw in apps to Notre Dame and W&M since they gave me waivers! Maybe I won't get in anywhere haha...

**11/21/07 - OK, most of my applications are done, just a few remaining! It's exciting, but at the same time I know I won't be hearing back on a lot of these until spring or even summer! Just a few more to do then it's waiting time.

**7/23/07 - My gramps offered to pay for my apps so now I guess I'm gonna apply to like 18 schools. Rock and roll. Almost done with my main essay, considering getting a pro to edit it.

**7/9/07 - I've added Duke to my list after reading about their Japanese Law program. Getting paid to live and work / study law in Japan? Sounds like a dream job to me. Colubmia has an awesome program as well, perhaps I should sub that for NYU... I'll add it to my list too.

**7/8/07 - Ok, I got a 167. I've updated my schools list and put them into categories.
