did you really send your app on 03/05? how could they give you a decision so fast and yet you get dinged by depaul? this whole process is just crazy. why is northeastern your #1? good luck with the rest of your pendings. i got into toledo. i see you didn't apply and they are ranked above both akron and dayton. do you know anything about the school?
hey, sorry about the confusion. dayton ins mismarked. i applied 2/5 not 3/5...sorry for the typo. northeastern is my first choice because im interested in doing public interest law, and they have a unique co-op program...people dont like NESL because they "dont give grades" but i think it has other advantages. I'm not sure why I never considered Toledo... Good luck with your applications, it seems like were in the same boat.

yeah I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't flat out rejected from Case, but when I saw on LSN that there had been NO rejections from case at all it pretty much told me all I need to know
i'm not pursuing case, really. i really want to get in off of william and mary's wait list. i probably should write them a letter or something, though. great school.
I currently in the same position you are in regarding having to make a decision between NYLS and Syracuse. Both schools have a lot to offer, and I'm really at a loss to decide where I want to go. Syracuse wants their deposit by April 15th. Do you have any advice regarding which school I should choose or what you think you're going to do?
From what I've observed (whatever that's worth), you have a pretty good shot at the schools to which you've applied. I think people with your numbers have been pretty successful in earning admission to Hofstra and Case seems to have been pretty generous this year. DePaul is being a bit stingy, and Northeastern might be a bit of a reach. Good luck!
