Having a graduate degree is nice, but not necessarily a plus. Your candidacy will still mainly rest on your LSAT and your overall GPA. So, a strong performance in graduate school can help counter sub-standard undergrad experience, but conversely, lackluster grad school performance could hurt your chances. My understanding is that the subject of your graduate degree won't be a major factor either, but maybe can be brought up in your personal statement if you feel it's relevant. Pointers? Apply early, which you've already done. I can't think of anything else; it's pretty much out of your hands now. You seem like a good candidate for most of those schools on your list. What does AI stand for? Academic Index? Admissions Index?

Good Luck!

Just to let you know, I think you have set the world record for fastest school email set up. I can't believe you have a Columbia email already!!! LOL. Clearly you're excited and righfully so. P.S. - I hate the cold, so for that reason Stanford is my #1 [Plus I haven't gotten into Harvard/Yale anyway] but if Columbia or Penn give me a full scholarship and I will have $0 debt, I'd be willing to go. Good luck.
