You wouldn't happen to be at UCF? Anyway, you should consider taking a shot the DC and CA schools - GULC, GW, UCLA, Berkeley. They are crazy about stuff like languages and struggles. Anyway, Bonne Chance, Buena Suerte....that's the end of my languages!!!

I just figured that's the only public school in orlando so I guessed UCF. But share this with me, you are a Florida resident, but you didn't consider UF, Miami, Stetson etc. They'll give special consideration to Floridians and you have a great story to tell.

Why don't you try the University of Puerto Rico, because with your numbers that is about the only place you would get in. Yale! LMAO!

You should try applying at UC Hastings through their LEOP program. You're vietnamese I presume. I think you would be a good candidate for LEOP..

For people wondering why she has applied to such high reach schools, she has excellent ec's and her PS was called excellent by an assistant dean of admissions. That dean also said that she is the type of student they want in their class!! So just because she dares to dream big and believe in herself isn't a reason to put her down!! GO SUNPIXIE!!

Hi, Tampa here. Good luck at your applications. I personally played it safe the biggest reach for me is UF. We have some schools in common like FSU and FCSL, but like you I doubt I'll be going there. Cheers.

sorry to see these rejections. i hope you send off those letters of continued interst to ave m. and pa st. soon. i'm pulling for you to get into florida state of gmu. there is a comment on your profile from'icicle' about how you will be in demand when you graduate. i agree with this whole heartedly. i also think that if you do well next year, you should try to transfer to the top 14. once you show that you are capable schools should really take a hard look at your app. take care and good luck with the rest of the apps. i plan to start a large minority owned firm someday. you will always be welcome there.

how's it goingdown in sunny florida? what do you think about part-time programs. i am thinking about contacting some schools and letting them know that i would be willing to accept an acceptance into the part-time evening program. this might be a way for you to get in off that penn state waitlist. a lot of part-time programs allow for students to transition into the full-time day program in a year if they complete the needed courses over the summer. my acceptance at toledo is a transition program where-by i only take two classes in the fall and then join the regular day section for spring. i then have to make up the two classes i missed in the summer. i am strongly considering the program. take care. i have a friend who will be attending widener in the fall. take care and as always good luck with those apps. :-)

CONGRATS! I have recently been accepted as well. Do you know anything about the school? It is my top choice at the moment, but I am not very familiar with their campus or anything along those lines. I have read that it has a great legal writing and research program, and strong criminal law clinics. Anything else that you have found out about the school would be great to know. Best wishes
