12/22/06 - All applications completed... Now the rest of the waiting game begins

1/8/07 - After a lot of thought and soul-searching, I've finally decided to make official what I've been leaning towards for the past two years... I'm ready to say U.Va. is my first choice

1/16/07 - Northwestern is first non-acceptance... no clue how to take that

1/29/07 - Got Georgetown packet.... first top twenty decision since Northwestern, so made me feel a bit better

2/2/07 - Non-waitlist rejection from Columbia not making me feel too good

2/7/07 - GOT INTO UVA!!!! Will not withdraw from anywhere until I see financial aid stuff, but about 95-99% sure that that's where I'll be heading

3/27/07 - Well, have been getting a lot of closing up decisions... however, UVA is still probably getting the nod... that being said, yesterday, I got my wait-list decision from American.... not really sure what that was all about...

3/29/07 - All decisions in... waiting to hear about financial aid at UVA, then will probably start sending in my declinations and acceptance

4/5/07 - Well, deposit for UVA is in the mail. Have sent in my withdraws for GW, Quinnipiac, Miami, and Pitt. Still trying to bring myself to withdraw from Duke and Georgetown... I really liked the people at both, so I feel oddly guilty. Also need to FIND my forms to withdraw from William and Mary and GMU.... Don't want people held on the waitlist cause I can't find the stupid forms...

How did you find out you were complete at AU? I sent my app a day after you but they haven't even requested my report yet?
