Congrats on your acceptance to George Mason. Are you a Virginia or D.C. resident? Mason has great in-state prices. Good luck with the rest of your applications

Thanks for the shout out! Good luck with GTown. My status checker updated but it never said that a decision had been made. The letter just popped up randomly one day in my mailbox.

MSU hurting for diversity? I keep hearing that. Is it really true?

Thanks

No worries, you're going to law school next year because you're already in at a couple. I turned down an excellent job offer (one that was waiting for me to get off of active duty) to take the risk of going to law school. With the current state of the legal profession I figured that it would be worth the risk because I have 3 years of work experience as a Naval Officer and I come with a Top Secret security clearance and an Intelligence background (I was a jet pilot first before I became an intelligence officer). Just maintain realistic expectations about the legal market when you graduate. It might not be a six-figure job right off the bat, but you put your time in, network like hell, and it will pay off, I promise :) Keep your head up and never, ever, ever give up!
