They don't announce scholarships until May at Memphis.

I was just wondering how you received your acceptance letter from SLU and SIUC. Did you e-mail them or contact them along the way to request the status of your application? Did you ever receive notification from either about when the application was completed? Thanks so much, congrats on your acceptances, and good luck on any pending apps. Maybe I'll see you at SLU or SIUC next fall:)

Any idea on when they will send some letters?
I chose SIU over SLU because I got the dean's scholarship which will cover about 90% of my tuition. I have to take out loans for all of my tuition so I would have a debt of 100,000+ if I chose SLU. But also... I've been telling everyone that I am having a tough time deciding and everyone always has good things to say about SIU's law school. I've yet to hear anything good about SLU. In fact, I heard that the building and environment was very 'crappy,' Besides, SIU's goal is to be the BEST small school in the NATION.

I know you asked about my decision of SIU over SLU. Well with some new info. I might have changed my mind. Let me know how you come to your conclusion because I am in the same boat...

on Memphis.. I'm headed to South Carolina. Not an ounce of love from Ole Miss. I think USC is going to be a better choice in the long run, since it seems to open up more doors to a wider variety of legal markets. Best of luck at UM!
