Additional info & updates

Taking the June LSAT, planning on applying for the 2010-2011 cycle. Primarily interested in Environmental law, so obviously leaning toward Vermont, Lewis and Clark, etc... Maybe a few higher ranked schools as well, we will see how the LSAT goes.

Took the June 2010 LSAT, got a 160 debating whether to take a prep course and take it again or just let it ride. Letting it Ride...

I added rankings based on regional preferences, not based on the individual schools (Sorry hid them from view for privacy). Like many out there my decisions on where to apply were largely affected by which region I wanted to work in after law school.

First decision received, rejected by Washington and Lee definitely expected but still disappointed.

Accetpted to Denver via email scholarship offer came minutes later and is per year as long as I maintain a 3.0 gpa. Very excited about my first acceptance.

Thanks for the advice, man. I'm applying to 27 schools so I could definitely use the fee waivers. Did you just email the admissions office? How did you phrase the email? Good luck to you. I see that you're applying to a lot of PT programs. I'm applying to several but at this point I'm not sure if PT would be the best fit for me. Hope to see some good new for you in a few months!

I am applying to mostly part-time programs because I am a father of two young kids so It seems to be the best option for me. But I am definitely willing to make some sacrifices for the right school.

Congrats

Congrats on DU! They are high on my list so you have given me some hope (since we have similar numbers)... all this waiting is making me a bit crazy so I was just wondering if your DU status checker ever went to 'in review' .. mine has remained 'ready for review' for awhile now.... so I was just wondering what to expect. Again, congrats... I will be keeping an eye on your cycle! Good luck!!

Thanks
